I was actually participating in a Singtel 10000 step challenge and without knowing, did not realise that I also allowed an AIA agent to approach me. Ken subsequently called me and at this moment in life, I was also looking seriously into retirement planning but my current AIA agent is not up to my expectation. So, I let Ken take over my CPFIS portfolio and also bought a new CPFIS policy from him. Once he receives updates, he will painstakingly inform me too. If only all agents are as diligent as Ken!
